Engagement Model

How we price and structure engagements

Most advisory firms avoid this page. We publish it because transparency up front saves your time and ours — so you can decide whether our model fits your situation before any call.

We use a three-component fee structure designed to align incentives: you know what you're paying for, we share risk on outcomes, and neither side is surprised.

Fee Structure

Three components, aligned to outcome

Every engagement is structured with the same three building blocks — scaled to fit your situation.

Fixed Retainer

Predictable monthly fee for guaranteed availability, weekly cadence, and direct principal access. This is what keeps us in the company — not billing hours.

Milestone Fees

Pre-agreed fees tied to specific delivery milestones — diagnosis complete, 30/60/90 plan approved, stabilization achieved, program delivered. Triggered when the milestone is met, not by time spent.

Outcome Success Fee

Upside fee triggered only when agreed outcome thresholds are met — measurable, defined upfront, capped. Share in the result, aligned to what the engagement actually delivers.

The weighting varies by engagement type (see below). Early-stage diagnosis is mostly fixed. Crisis stabilization emphasizes milestones. Long-term growth advisory includes meaningful outcome fees.

Engagement Types

Engagement types and typical investment

Each engagement is sized to your situation. The ranges below reflect typical scope — your specific engagement will be quoted after the initial conversation.

These ranges are indicative, not contractual. Specific fee structures are agreed after the initial conversation, based on scope, duration, risk and outcome definition.

Process

What happens after you reach out

No sales funnel. A short, direct process designed to respect your time.

15-minute conversation

You describe the situation briefly. We assess whether our model and experience fit what you need. Mutual qualification — if we're not the right partner, we say so.

Situation mapping (optional)

If there's a fit, we spend 1-2 hours understanding the context deeper — key people, data, constraints. Usually at your site or via video.

Engagement proposal

Within 5-7 working days, we send a structured proposal: scope, timeline, team composition, fee structure, outcome definition. Reviewed jointly, adjusted if needed.

Start

Engagement begins within 2-3 weeks of proposal agreement. First 72 hours focused on alignment, stakeholder mapping, and quick-win identification.

Turn your plans into real growth

Gain definitive control over your results. A short consultation is all we need to identify barriers and propose a clear plan for your transformation.
