I help owner-CEOs of mid-sized companies regain control over growth, margin and cashflow. My work starts where others stop: with execution under pressure — rapid diagnosis, a clear 30/60/90 plan, and a hands-on presence in the company until results hold.

My career began in 1998 at Volkswagen Slovakia, followed by a secondment to Shanghai Volkswagen as senior project manager for new model launches. Back in Central Europe, I founded MTB Solutions in 2007 and have since built long-term advisory engagements — including new venture setup, post-merger integration and operational turnaround across multiple companies.
